Dear Mr. Harrison,
I am writing to
express my sincere appreciation of the work done by Gooden and
Harrison. Not only is the work of the highest caliber, it also
was sensitive to the environment and pleasing to the eye.
My wife and I are particularly grateful to Rodger Knebel.
Rodger got things done, got EPUD in line, explained clearly what
needed to be done, and was patient and serving to our needs.
Placing a home on raw land is a challenge to those of us who are
layman and totally inexperienced. Of the dozens of
contractors, brokers, real estate persons, utilities and lenders my
wife and I dealt with, Gooden and Harrison were the easiest and most
reliable to work with. I can't begin to tell you what a relief
and comfort it was for my wife and I to know that Rodger would not
only do what he said he would, but would do it in our best interests.
This was even more meaningful since Gooden and Harrison played such
a critical role in making it all happen.

Dear Mr. Harrison,
As you know, Randy Determan was the project manager for the building of our new house in Florence. I wish to commend him to you! We consider ourselves so very fortunate in having Randy on the job.
From the first day we met him, he was a perfect fit for us. He recognized problems and areas of concern that we had overlooked and found appropriate remedies. He assisted us in making aesthetic decisions. He mollified our cranky neighbors! He was in
constant contact with us all the way through this project, keeping us constantly informed. I guess all the right adjectives would describe Randy: reliable, communicative, skilled, etc. but they do not completely and adequately define what a fine
person he is. He has earned our respect and admiration and we consider him a friend. We would not hesitate one second to recommend Gooden-Harrison to friends because of Randy's excellence. In him, you have a gem!
